SISSA Wired network access
SISSA Wired Network is pre-configured on all SISSA-managed workstations and laptops. No additional configuration is normally required.
If you experience connectivity issues or encounter any problems accessing the network, please contact us at helpdesk@sissa.it.

Self-manged device configuration
FIRST: make sure DHCP is enabled on your laptop (Usually it's on, and if it's off you should know it) However:
SECOND: enable and configure Port Authentication (802.1X)
- Be sure your WiFi is OFF. (Keeping enabled both WiFi and Wired network may cause unwanted behaviour)
For Windows and Mac the eduroam configuration tool takes care also of this.
