I can login, but I can not access to my files

Due to a problem on the file system server or due to a network problem, your workstation can lose the contact with the file system of your sector. Wait a minute before acting, it could be a temporary problem.

If our helpdesk service is not reacheable, you can try to reboot your workstation correctly in order to resume the contact with your file system.

How to reboot my workstation correctly
  • 1) switch in text mode typing simultaneously <CTRL> <ALT> F1
  • 2) then <CTRL> <ALT> <DEL>.


  • restart your workstation choosing the restart option on the login screen.

If the connection does not resume, there is another problem, so do no try again, please contact helpdesk service.
