To enable call diversion, connect with your SISSA credentials to:
From this interface you can check your phone call list, and you can set up call diversions. For diversions, click on Profile, Call diversions, and set it up putting external numbers with the 0 prefix. Remember to toggle the switch to enable it. It is highly recommended to test the call diversion!
Administrative staff do not need to set up the call diversion, since all calls are forwarded to Microsoft Teams. Permanent SISSA staff (professors, …) can request the integration of telephone in Microsoft Teams, please contact helpdesk@sissa.it
