To enable call diversion, connect with your SISSA credentials to:
From this interface you can check your phone call list, and you can set up call diversions. For diversions, click on Profile, Call diversions, and set it up putting external numbers with the 0 prefix and only then toggle the switch to enable it. It is highly recommended to test the call diversion!
Administrative staff do not need to set up the call diversion, since all calls are forwarded to Microsoft Teams. Permanent SISSA staff (professors, …) can request the integration of their telephone number in Microsoft Teams, please contact helpdesk@sissa.it
Please note that if you set up any call diversion on your extension, the Microsoft Teams integration gets disabled. To re-enable it, it is necessary to disable the call diversion.
