Windows 10/11 a missing registry key causes printer installations to fail

a) Click on the down arrow to see details.

b) If the message is Operation failed with error 0x000006d1, please download error_0x000006d1

c) Double click on the win8print registry file and accept to import this settings into the registry.

Restart your computer and retry the printer installation.
