a) Click on the down arrow to see details:

and check the error code:

b) Download the file that match:

• The message is Operation failed with error 0x000006d1, please download error_0x000006d1
• The message is Operation failed with error 0x00000709, please download error_0x00000709

c) Double click on the downloaded file and accept to import this settings into the registry.

Restart your computer and retry the printer installation.
