PLEASE IGNORE THIS PAGE, IT IS ABOUT A NEW WEBMAIL INTERFACE NOT READY YET… WORK IN PROGRESS ….

Except for some “ old ” users, all the incoming mail tagged as [Maybe SPAM] are automatically moved in the folder INBOX_spam (depending on your spam level value).
The users who use POP can access to Spam folder using webmail service ONLY.

 
 

:!: You have to check and empty the content of the INBOX_spam folder from time to time.


 

c) Select Filters tab.
Select Filters tab...


d) In Filters section, click on your forward rule name (in the example forward).
Select your forward rule...


e)

  • 1) In the following example, we are changing the e-mail address where the incoming e-mails are redirected;
  • 2) then click on Save.


Change the field you need, then save your forward rule...


f) The Roundcube webmail service will inform you that ” Filter saved successfully ”.
Check the returned status.



Disable spam filter rule in order to receive all the incoming mails in the INBOX folder.
