If you see the below messages or a similar….

Certificate messages when acces to the e-mail
you need to download the SISSA certificate.



If you do not want to see this message each time, you need to download the SISSA certificate. If you decide
to Install the Sissa certificate, read the instructions on the page: How to install Sissa root certificate using FIREFOX.



To access the SISSA web-mail without installing the Sissa certificate, follow the next instructions.

Accessing SISSA e-mail without installing the SISSA certificate

Please note that doing this you will see the previous messages any time you access the SISSA webmail service.
a) Click on Or you can add an exception

b) In the next warning messages click on Add Ecxeption
Click on Add Ecxeption ....


c) In the Add Security Exception window, in the Server section, click on Get Certificate
Click on Get Certificate ...


d) In the Add Security Exception window, in the Certificate Status section:

  • 1) make sure that the Permanent store this exception box is unchecked.
  • 2) click on Confirm security exception.

Make sure that the Permanent ... box is unchecked, then click on Confirm...
