I can login but I can not access to my files

Due to a problem on the file system server or due to a network problem, your workstation can lose “the contact” with your file system. Wait a minute before acting, it could be a temporary problem.
If our helpdesk service is not reacheable, you can try to reboot your workstation correctly in order to resume the contact with your file system:

  1. switch in text mode typing in the same time CTRL ALT F1,
  2. then CTRL ALT DEL


or

  • restart your workstation choosing the restart option on the login screen.

If the connection will not resume, there is another problem, so do no try again.
