For those who cannot remember their passwords, and who are not personally known by the computer staff, it is necessary:

• to request the new password by producing a document to the helpdesk personnel, or
• the person responsible for the accounts of your Sector, or a person of the scientific staff that you know, must ask the new password for you, via e-mail, to accounting@sissa.it.

Please remember, due to security reasons, we can not send an “ explicit ” password by e-mail.
